Boston police arrested a man seen photographing the home of US Secretary of State John Kerry, and in possession of a pellet gun in his car.

Would Liverpool even have a win without Glen Johnson? He plays like a wing up front, scoring or having a hand in the early goals to open up the game against Stoke and scoring the critical first goal against Bolton to prevent a 3rd meltdown in 4 games. In the back, Johnson has repeatedly shut down threatening runs and avoided the lazy plays and set piece mistakes of his center backs.

Was this Jekyll or Hyde? I suppose that depends on which side of the supporters' fence you sit. Either way, Liverpool played like an entirely different beast against Stoke City today. Maybe it was the home crowd, maybe it was the wake-up call from Tottenham (who looked outstanding again today), maybe it was something behind the scenes. Whatever the motivation, Liverpool played passionately for the first time this season, pre- or otherwise.
