President Donald Trump was photographed clutching a briefing "cheat sheet" that Republicans once called irrefutable proof of Joe Biden's dementia.

During a Tuesday podcast episode, progressive commentator David Pakman seized on the image and hammered at what he framed as a bottomless well of Republican hypocrisy over presidential fitness. The photo was taken on Monday in the Oval Office, where Trump honored a sixteen-year-old lifeguard from California and the ten-year-old he rescued.

"There are legitimate reasons to examine Donald Trump's fitness," Pakman said. "60 percent of voters don't think he has the mental sharpness to be president."...

A CNN panel erupted in laughter after they were shocked by what a MAGA pundit considered "cringe."

On Wednesday night, a panel hosted by CNN anchor Abby Phillip discussed how denying that President Joe Biden won the 2020 election seems to be a litmus test for winning a role in the Trump administration. Phillip started the segment by showing a clip of three Trump judicial nominees skirting around the question when asked who won the 2020 election.

The clip included Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) yelling "Be your own man!" as Adam Candeub, a nominee to be assistant antitrust attorney general, refused to answer yes or no to the question. It then showed John Cronan, nominee for the U.S. Sentencing Commission, and Gregory Cook, a nominee for U.S. judge for the Northern District of Alabama, doing the same....

President Donald Trump's comments on Wednesday about legislation passed under former President Joe Biden left the internet stumped.

Trump made several unfounded claims about the 2022 bipartisan CHIPS Act, which was aimed at boosting domestic semiconductor manufacturing after global chip production came to be dominated by countries such as Taiwan, South Korea and other parts of Asia.

"We had this ridiculous CHIPS Act where you'd give billions of dollars to a company and they didn't even know what the hell to do with it," Trump said. "And of course, the standards were so high. If you weren't transgender, as an example, you didn't qualify. So they'd get the money, they'd hire, they'd look all over for transgender people to run the company. They couldn't find them."...

Vice President JD Vance attempted to make a joke at the expense of former President Joe Biden while speaking to troops at Virginia Beach — but the crowd was not amused.

Vance was at Naval Air Station Oceana to commemorate 250 years of the American military when he made a comment about worrying about falling in public while walking down the steps of Air Force Two.

"The previous president — I'm trying to be nonpartisan — you ever seen these old cartoons where you have the angel on the shoulder and the devil on the shoulder?" Vance asked. ...

Rep. James Comer (R-KY) suggested on Monday that pardons issued by former President Joe Biden should be declared "null and void," prompting a wave of reactions online.

The Chairman of the House Oversight Committee appeared on Fox Business to discuss pardons, including the preemptive pardon issued by Biden for Dr. Anthony Fauci. In an explosive new Washington Post report, new details emerged involving former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard's actions and her accusations that Fauci had led a COVID coverup.

Comer argued during the live interview that Biden had never held any meetings ahead of pardons....

A Democratic lawmaker fired back at a Trump nominee after he refused to respond to questions during a confirmation hearing on Tuesday.

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) had a direct response to Deputy White House budget director nominee Hal Duncan during his testimony before the Senate Budget Committee. Sen. Jeff Merkley had asked a pointed question of Duncan, which the nominee tried to dodge.

"Do you believe the 2020 election was rigged?" Merkley asked....
