A fiery debate broke out between a CNN anchor and a MAGA-defending correspondent who warned about "Chinese babies."

CNN anchor Abby Phillip hosted a panel discussion about calls from MAGA to stop immigrants from having children in the United States. The MAGA line comes after the Supreme Court blocked Trump's effort to end birthright citizenship.

She had the panel react to a line from Trump legal adviser Mike Davis, where he called on the administration to shift its focus from mass deportations to "going to get these pregnant women the hell out of our country, women and women who could be pregnant."...

MAGA attorney Mike Davis started a MAGA meltdown when he blamed Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts for a lower court ruling he claimed gave undocumented migrants "due process rights."

Davis's denunciation referenced a ruling by Trump-appointed U.S. District Judge Stephanie Haines that upheld a 21-day notice period for migrants to challenge their deportations instead of the mere seven days currently allotted by the Trump administration.

Davis posted to Truth Social, "We The People never agreed to give illegal aliens—especially foreign terrorists—constitutional due-process rights related to their expulsion. Not at our founding. Not after the Civil War. Not in any Congress since then. Certainly not after the last election. This is a serious and unacceptable violation of our sovereign rights. John Roberts and his Supreme Court colleagues are squarely to blame."...

"The court, following its custom, did not provide a breakdown of the votes. But during arguments last month, four conservative justices seemed likely to side with the school, while the three liberals seemed just as firmly on the other side....

MAGA attorney Mike Davis posted insults and threats on social media against New York Attorney General Letitia James after news broke Thursday that the Department of Justice had launched a criminal probe into alleged mortgage fraud.

Federal Housing Finance Agency director William Pulte sent a letter last month to the DOJ requesting the investigation, alleging that James may have “falsified bank documents and property records to acquire government backed assistance and loans and more favorable loan terms.”

James came to the attention of MAGA world when she successfully prosecuted Donald Trump for fraud and won a $454 million judgment against him and his real estate company. ...

Donald Trump on Saturday announced he would appoint Kash Patel to be director of the FBI, causing outrage among critics and leading to a pre-emptive strike to Senate Republicans from an ally of the president-elect.

Former GOP staffer Mike Davis has made headlines for his social media comments in the past, and was rumored to be on Trump's list for attorney general.

After Trump announced Patel's pending nomination, Davis congratulated Patel. ...
