Ex-MAGA insider exposes GOP scheme to 'scare you into voting': 'Nothing else is working'

Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), who used to be one of President Donald Trump's most loyal allies, accused her own party on Sunday of pushing fear about a migrant caravan to save itself in the midterms.

Greene was responding to a post from right-wing activist Anthony Aguero. He shared video of a group of migrants walking through Mexico and claimed that "over 400 aliens predominantly from Honduras" had entered the country Thursday and were "ready to make their way to the US southern border."

"Someone is incentivizing this movement, this is not organic," Aguero wrote....

Trump's break with big MAGA star could 'hand a Democrat the seat': Georgia GOP leader

The chair of a major Republican Party committee in Georgia is sounding the alarm that President Donald Trump’s messy break with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) may end up handing her seat to a Democratic candidate, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday.

Once one of the president’s most loyal and vocal supporters, Greene has grown increasingly critical of Trump in recent months, having openly criticized his administration’s approach on health care, its reluctance to release files on Jeffrey Epstein, and it’s military and geopolitical support for Israel amid its siege on Gaza, which a number of human rights organizations have labeled a genocide.

Trump has since pulled his endorsement of Greene – vowing to endorse a GOP opponent – and called her a “fake politician” who “betrayed the entire Republican Party.”...

'Get voted out!' MAGA shames House Republicans for opposing narrowly passed cuts

MAGA shamed several Republican lawmakers Thursday afternoon who broke with the party as the House of Representatives passed the first round of DOGE cuts by a vote of 214 to 212.

The measure, which slashes $9.4 billion from the United States Agency for International Development, NPR, and PBS, now heads to the Senate.

But Many MAGA fans were sure to point out the four "RINOs" who voted against the bill....

MAGA Republicans take unlikely stance in rebellion against House bill: columnist

MAGA Republicans led by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) took a surprising turn as they denounced a House bill meant to protect Trump ally Benjamin Netanyahu's Israel from boycotts.

The bipartisan bill, HR 867, "would have amended the Anti-Boycott Act of 2018 by criminalizing compliance with boycotts called for by international government organizations, such as the United Nations — with potential penalties including prison time," according to a new article on MSNBC.com.

"A vote on the bill had been set for Monday, but it was canceled by House GOP leadership after Greene and other MAGA Republicans — including Rep. Anna Paulina Luna and former Rep. Matt Gaetz, both of Florida — denounced it," wrote MSNBC opinion writer Ja'han Jones....

'Huge Coup for Dems': GOP dragged as prominent governor bows out of Senate race

News that Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) will not run for Senate in 2026 had social media buzzing Monday.

Kemp had been the Republican favorite to take on incumbent Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA). Kemp's departure from the race may be a boon for MAGA Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who has expressed interest in the Senate seat.

Kemp released a statement on his X account that read, in part, "Over the last few weeks, I have had many conversations with friends, supporters, and leaders across the country who encouraged me to run for the US Senate in 2026. I greatly appreciate their support and prayers for our family."...

Lawmakers scrambled to cash in as Trump's bromance with Musk blossomed: report

New reporting by Forbes revealed that at least 10 members of Congress traded Tesla stock of up to $1.27 million after Elon Musk endorsed Donald Trump for the presidency.

The three dozen trades, which occurred after July 12, 2024, raised new concerns over congressional conflict of interest since Musk is now entrenched in the federal government.

Forbes cited data from Capitol Trades, which monitors congressional activity in the stock markets....
