One of the hazards of participating in racially motivated extremist activity is getting banned from U.S. military facilities — as David Fair can attest.

Fair is no longer “allowed to enter military bases,” according to a disclosure he made during chat sessions on the encrypted messaging app Telegram that caters to racist skinheads in the United States and Europe.

“I honestly don’t know if it’s the fact that I’m the leader of a white nationalist group or January 6th involvement,” Fair elaborated in a voice chat posted in the channel, which Raw Story has reviewed. “Trying to figure it out myself. I don’t know what to tell my boss. Which one’s worse?”...

William Beals, who breached the U.S. Capitol and later teamed up with neo-Nazis to harass drag shows, is out on bond while facing Jan. 6-related charges.

But Raw Story has learned that Beals’ employment situation — a major reason he’s free to cross state lines pending trial — is not as he described it under oath four days ago.

During his initial appearance in federal court in Knoxville, Tenn. on Aug. 25, Beals told Magistrate Judge Jill E. McCook via a video link from the Hamilton County Detention Center in Chattanooga that he is driving a FedEx delivery route in northern Georgia. She set his conditions of release to allow him to travel between the two states while awaiting trial. ...

More than two years later, the FBI has arrested Beals, Raw Story has learned.

Raw Story reviewed a Facebook update by one of Beals’ friends, who wrote that “a brother of ours has been took in.” That update from Thursday was then shared by another friend of Beals, who added the hashtag “#FBICorruption.”...

William Beals, a violent right-wing extremist who entered the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, has been banned from the Tennessee nuclear power facilities where he worked, according to federal documents exclusively obtained this month by Raw Story.

But Beals remains a free man — not arrested, not charged — despite a bevy of evidence that he illegally entered the U.S. Capitol in a manner that’s resulted in charges against hundreds of other rioters.

Federal officials at the Tennessee Valley Authority denied Beals access to all TVA facilities on June 30, 2021, according to a letter he received from the public utility’s police force, which Raw Story obtained the letter through a Freedom of Information Act request....
