An attorney for several survivors of Jeffrey Epstein said he was "appalled" on Thursday after a high-powered corporate attorney who advised the late child sex offender told lawmakers that she did not view Virginia Giuffre as a "credible witness."

Attorney Arick Fudali, who represents 11 Epstein survivors, told CNN anchor Boris Sanchez he was stunned to learn about the comments from attorney Kathy Ruemmler, the former Goldman Sachs general counsel, who was questioned behind closed doors by the House Oversight Committee earlier this month about her relationship with the financier.

Ruemmler told congressional leaders that she thought Giuffre, one of the most prominent accusers of Epstein and his co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell, "lacked inherent credibility."...

Lawmakers are planning to release more Epstein estate documents following a bombshell revelation Wednesday that President Donald Trump may have had knowledge of the abuse of Epstein survivor Virginia Giuffre, according to reports.

Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), Senior member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, told CNN that lawmakers are reviewing the Epstein estate documents and planning to release more, saying "there is a big appetite" to bring this information forward.

"I thought the 2011 emails kind of give a glimpse of what Epstein thought of Trump... he thought Trump had some connection to ‘his girls’ as he described them… it raises the notion that we should get these Epstein files. This set of documents that one way or the other we’re going to see these files," Krishnamoorthi said. ...

The "hired gun" co-writer behind the Jeffrey Epstein survivor book dropped a stunning statement, saying "I know who the names are."

Writer Amy Wallace, who helped complete Virginia Giuffre’s memoir, "Nobody's Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice," told News Nation Tuesday that she spent four years co-writing the book about Giuffre’s story of surviving abuse under Epstein and his convicted co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell, The Daily Beast reports.

“Yes, I know who the names are. Virginia knows who the names are, but so does the FBI and so does the Department of Justice,” Wallace said. “That’s why there’s such a clamoring right now for the Epstein files to be released.”...

Journalist Tara Palmeri made it clear Tuesday on MSNBC that Ghislaine Maxwell deserved no sympathy for her association with sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

Maxwell was accused of procuring girls for Epstein that they both sexually abused and trafficked victims, including Virginia Giuffre, one of the first to go public with her accusations.

"I just want to point out again, for anyone who says that Ghislaine deserves any sort of clemency, when Virginia ended up in Epstein's house, it was Ghislaine who took her panties off. That was the first person who touched her. It was Ghislaine who brought her there. It was Ghislaine who found her at Mar-a-Lago."...
