A list of possible Donald Trump appointees was leaked and legal analysts couldn't stop laughing about his choices to lead the Justice Department.

One of the possible attorney general spots could go to Judge Aileen Cannon, who was number two on the list, ABC News reported last week. Cannon notably dismissed the classified documents case against former President Donald Trump over the summer, ruling that the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith was unconstitutional.

‘We know how to take the trash out’: Influential Latino stars blast Trump’s racist rally

Popular, famous, and highly-influential Latino stars, and superstars including Bad Bunny, Luis Fonsi, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin, are lashing out at Donald Trump after his six-hour Madison Square Garden rally on Sunday served up racist, misogynistic, and antisemitic rhetoric. A New York Times headline described it as "Trump's racist rally."

The most-noted racist remarks came from a comedian, Tony Hinchcliffe, in an attack calling Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean,” and saying, "these Latinos, they love making babies, too, just know that. They do, they do. There’s no pulling out. They don’t do that. They come inside, just like they did to our country,” before talking about Black people carving watermelons.

'Wins or loses': Legal experts think judge could still jail Trump if he becomes president

Even if he wins the November 5 election, Donald Trump must appear before Judge Juan Merchan for sentencing in the New York fraud trial on November 26 — and he faces two very different scenarios.

Trump was convicted of 34 counts of falsifying business records in the hush money case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg earlier this year. Prosecutors said Trump concealed records to cover up a hush payment scheme to adult film star Stormy Daniels to hide a sexual relationship from voters, improperly influencing the 2016 presidential election.
