Several women reportedly took their tops off to protest Donald Trump inside the New York City polling place where the Republican nominee was expected to vote.
People magazine Deputy Style Director Sharon Clott Kanter published videos of the women shouting about Trump before they were arrested on Tuesday morning.

The most liberal county in North Carolina reported on Tuesday that wait times for voting had increased because polling place computers were experiencing "tech problems."
"We've got some tech issues @ our polling places that we're fixing now. Please be patient with us as we iron out some kinks," a message on Durham County's Twitter account said soon after polls opened on election day.
While the computers are only used to check in voters, the county said that the glitch was expected to cause delays. Votes were being cast on paper ballots, which is the county's normal practice.
"May slightly increase wait times, but everyone will still get to #vote!" one tweet noted.
As of October, Durham County reported that it had 127,901 registered Democrats, 70,664 unaffiliated voters and 29,573 registered Republicans.

Donald Trump Jr. said on Tuesday that he expected his father to concede if "legit and fair" results showed that the Republican nominee lost to Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton.
In an election day interview, MSNBC host Willie Geist reminded Donald Trump Jr. that his father had said for months that the election was "rigged."
"Can you say here right now, if Hillary Clinton is a clear cut winner tonight in the Electoral College, your father will concede the election in a speech tonight?" the MSNBC host wondered.
"Of course," Donald Trump Jr. insisted. "All we've wanted is a fair fight."
Citing undercover videos by discredited conservative filmmaker James O'Keefe, the younger Trump suggested that Democrats may be using dirty tricks to steal the election from his father.
"You know, we just want a fair system," he said. "Some stuff is going on. I don't know if it's enough to move elections. But we've seen states, you know, a few thousand votes can make a difference."
Geist pressed: "If he loses, he will concede tonight?"
"If he loses and it's legit and fair," Donald Trump Jr. replied. "Without question, yes."

Longtime Republican strategist Ana Navarro announced on Monday that she had decided to cross party lines and vote for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
In a column for CNN.com, Navarro explains that she had intended to write in a vote for her mother if the polls showed that Donald Trump had no chance to win her home state of Florida.
"But darn it, my home state is too close to call. Florida could be the decisive state (again) as to who ultimately becomes the next president of the United States," she writes. "I thought back to the 2000 election, which was decided by 537 votes in Florida. I thought about how I would feel if the same thing happened in 2016. I thought and I thought and I thought..."
"Then I cast my vote for Hillary Clinton," the GOP strategist adds. "Let me rephrase that. I cast my vote against Donald Trump. I did it without joy or enthusiasm. I did it out of civic duty and love for our country."
Navarro goes on to lay out a lengthy case against the Republican nominee, citing his disrespect for immigrants, women and American democratic principles.
Our founding fathers set up a government of checks and balances. We can and have survived presidents with bad judgment. But I fear the effects on America of a president with bad character.I worry that Trump brings out the worst in America. Division. Hostility. Racism. Bigotry. Misogyny. Things we used to hide. Feelings we used to try to overcome. Under the guise of not cowing to political correctness, some people are no longer embarrassed or ashamed to show the warts on their souls.
Some tell me, in 2016 we should no longer expect the president of the United States to be a role model. I refuse to accept that.
"My conscience compels me to do every little thing I can to make sure a bad person is not our next president. In America, we don't choose our leaders through violence or armed insurrections," Navarro concludes. "One vote is our right. One vote is our weapon. I am exercising mine against Donald Trump."

A Trump official in Florida told Bloomberg's Joshua Green this week that it was difficult to know if voters would show up at the polls because it was "like predicting your wife’s mood."
Green reported on Monday that Florida's Miami-Dade County had become "the most important county in the country for Trump's chances."
According to Trump campaign Digital Director Brad Parscale, the "large numbers of persuadable" voters in Miami-Dade County could put Florida in Trump's column.
But registrations and early voting aren't looking good for the billionaire.
"Of the 29,657 voters who registered last month, 41 percent are Democrats, 44 percent are unaffiliated, and only 12.5 percent are Republicans," Green noted.
And there's worse news for the GOP nominee: Efforts to depress African-American turnout have failed and Hispanic voters are reportedly over-performing other groups.
“Basically, one in five blacks and one in three Hispanics didn’t vote in 2012 in Miami-Dade and have already cast a ballot,” University of Florida political scientist Daniel A. Smith told Green. “I have a hard time believing that many of these first-time voters are in the Trump camp after his scorched earth campaign against immigrants and, specifically, Hispanics.”
Parscale suggested the Trump campaign was hanging its hopes on Election Day turnout, but he said that there was no way to gauge turnout with certainty.
"It will be close," Parscale insisted. “It’s like predicting your wife’s mood. You have no idea what you’re going to get until you get home.”
Steve Schmidt, the Republican strategist who ran Sen. John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign, blasted FBI Director James Comey on Monday for inserting himself in the presidential race.
"Let's step back," Schmidt told a panel on MSNBC's Morning Joe. "This is about ego. This is about someone who's been in public life, who's had a reputation as a man above politics, better than it. And this was a massive act of ego, the unprecedented steps he took earlier in the summer, which boxed him in over the last week."
"And what he's done is he's injected the FBI into the middle of a presidential campaign nine days out," he continued. "It's the premiere law enforcement agency in the world. He's brought profound discreditation to it. And add the FBI now to the list of institutions that have lost trust with the American people."
Schmidt liken the FBI to "some sort of secret police organization in a banana republic" because agents had leaked information to Donald Trump's presidential campaign.
"It's shameful," he insisted. "This is not how we do politics in America!"
"We have a presumption of innocence," Schmidt added. "The notion that you level an accusation, you have a candidate out there chanting or leading the chants of 'lock her up, lock her up, lock her up,' like we're a country run by the colonels with sunglasses. I mean, we ought to step back and think about that a little bit."

Fox News judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano suggested on Monday that there should be a wave of resignations at the FBI following the election -- with the "most important" coming from Director James Comey.
Napolitano's remarks came one day after Comey once again inserted himself into the presidential race by stating that the FBI had found no reason to continue its investigation of Hillary Clinton. Just days before, Comey had said that the case was ongoing because new emails related to the case had been found on Anthony Weiner's computer.
"The FBI has to stay out of politics," Napolitano said on Fox Business News. "Eight months ago, James Comey had the best reputation for integrity amongst major law enforcement leaders in the United States of America. Today, he's being mocked as J. Edgar Comey, to connote his most infamous predecessor, precisely because he has allowed the FBI to enter itself into a political race."
Napolitano pointed out that Rudy Giuliani had admitted that FBI agents leaked to him.
"The FBI shouldn't be leaking, they shouldn't be taking sides," he argued. "They should be the pristine neutral law enforcement entity of high fidelity to the Constitution that we all grew up thinking they were."
Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo wondered if there would be "massive resignations at the FBI."
"I think the most important one will be his," Napolitano said of Comey. "How could he serve under Hillary Clinton or under Donald Trump?"

Oliver North, a central figure in President Ronald Reagan's Iran-Contra scandal, asked Donald Trump supporters if they would hold Hillary Clinton "accountable for all of the crimes she committed."
Holding up a copy of the Constitution at a rally in Leesburg, Virginia, North noted the first three words of the document: "We the people."
"Who is it that's going to hold Hillary Clinton accountable for all the crimes that she's committed?" he asked.
"We the people!" the crowd shouted.
"That's just exactly what happened today," North said, referring to FBI Director James Comey. "He said, 'I can't do anything about the problems, we're not going to deal with it.'"
"But I'll tell you who can. We the people!" he continued. "The government institutions that are supposed to hold people accountable aren't doing it."
In 1988, North was convicted of three felonies connected to the Iran-Contra affair. Those convictions were later overturned on the grounds that members of the prosecution used his congressional testimony to help convict him.

Fox News host Chris Wallace on Sunday grilled Republican Vice Presidential candidate Mike Pence about how he could rail against political corruption while standing behind Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ), who has been tainted by his own corruption scandal.
During an interview on Fox News Sunday, Wallace called out Pence for pushing the baseless claim that Hillary Clinton faced an indictment.
" Trump has no hard evidence," Wallace said. "That's overstatement."
For his part, Pence cited a thinly-sourced New York Post report, which claims Clinton "routinely asked her maid to print out sensitive government e-mails and documents."
"I think this is part of the way the American people need to count the costs in this election," Pence said. "Do we want more of the fast and loose ethics of the Clintons over the last 30 years or do we want a clean break, do we want to drain the swamp in Washington, D.C., have fundamental ethics reform and rebuild our military, revive our economy, repeal Obamacare and have appointments to the Supreme Court that will uphold our Constitution?"
Wallace took advantage of Pence's talking points to set up his next question.
"Speaking of criminal investigations and draining the swamp," Wallace replied, "two of Governor Chris Christie's top aides were convicted of fraud and conspiracy Friday in the Bridgegate case. And given the fact that there was repeated testimony in that trial Christie knew all about the effort to close the lanes to the George Washington Bridge to punish a political opponent, are you comfortable with Christie as the chairman of the Trump transition team if he's elected?"
Pence, however, defended Christie: "Chris Christie has continued to strongly state his position that he had no knowledge of those actions."
"What those convictions prove is that he was right to immediately fire those people," Pence insisted. "All of our focus is on election day, I promise you. And we're grateful for Chris Christie's role in the campaign."
"So governor, no chance that he'll be replaced after the election?" Wallace pressed. "I mean, you're standing by Chris Christie despite all of this evidence."
"There's no changing in personnel here," Pence replied. "We're 100 percent focused on bringing home a great victory for the American people."

CNN host Jake Tapper called out Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway on Sunday for falsely suggesting that Donald Trump was the target of an assassination attempt at a rally in Reno where a protester was beaten by fans of the billionaire candidate.
After 33-year-old Austyn Crites was pummeled by Trump fans on Saturday for holding a "Republicans Against Trump" sign at the GOP nominee's Reno rally, Donald Trump Jr. and Trump aide Dan Scavino falsely called the incident an “assassination attempt.”
On Sunday, Tapper asked Conway to explain why the Trump campaign was "retweeting misinformation that this was an assassination attempt."
"It's scary," Conway opined. "All the coverage is usually about our protesters wreaking havoc and making people feel afraid. And it certainly goes both ways. I'm with Mr. Trump and the Secret Service routinely. They do an amazing job."
"I also want to point out because some people are spreading misinformation about the protester," she continued. "He had canvassed for Hillary Clinton and he had donated to her campaign. So, this is a Democratic plant or operative trying to disrupt our rally. And I think people saw a nimble resilient Donald Trump who would be nimble and resilient as president as well."
"Except it wasn't an assassination attempt," Tapper pointed out. "It was apparently a local voter, a Republican who says he is supporting Hillary Clinton. He has given money to Hillary Clinton. He has canvassed for Hillary Clinton. But he says he's a Republican. But most importantly, he was not trying to assassinate anyone."
"This was not an assassination attempt, but why is your campaign spreading that it was?" Tapper wondered.
"That's really remarkable," Conway replied. "That that's what the story line is here."
Pivoting to the Democratic nominee, the Trump campaign manager asserted that Hillary Clinton was traveling with Beyonce because she was having trouble getting people to come to her events.
Conway concluded by defiantly offering to retract the assassination claim if CNN retracts "all the storylines, all the headlines, all the breathless predictions of the last two weeks that turned out not to be true."
"You guys retract that and I'll give a call to Dan Scavino about the retweet," Conway quipped.
"I never reported anything along those lines," Tapper stated.
"CNN certainly has," Conway shot back as Tapper shrugged. "You've got to be honest here."
"We've been saying all along that Donald Trump has a path to the presidency," Tapper insisted.
"Wow!" Conway exclaimed.
"You can say 'wow' all you want, I've never said that the race was over," Tapper laughed. "We can replay as many tapes as you want."

Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway lashed out at a Republican voter who was beaten over the weekend while protesting Donald Trump.
At a rally in Reno on Saturday, 33-year-old Austyn Crites said that he was beaten by Trump supporters for holding a "Republicans Against Trump" sign. He later learned that the scuffle had prompted Secret Service agents to whisk Trump from the stage.
Crites told USA Today that he was not part of Hillary Clinton's campaign, but he had briefly canvassed for the Democratic candidate because he wanted to do all he could to defeat Trump. Crites said that he had been a Republican for six years and that he was also a fan of independent presidential candidate Evan McMullin.
But on Sunday, Conway suggested to Fox News that Crites deserved the beating because he was "probably a plant" sent in by the Clinton campaign.
"This protester, we're finding out this morning, he's a Democrat, I'm told," Conway opined.
"Hillary supporter," Fox News host Steve Doocy scoffed.
"And so people are trying to spin it, 'Oh, this is the kind of action you get at your rallies,'" Conway continued. "This guy was a Democrat, probably a plant."
"And look, I just think it's a microcosmic example of how desperate they're becoming," she insisted. "They're following us all over the map. We're scrambling the electoral map. We're playing follow the leader with us in the lead."

Fox News anchor Bret Baier admitted on Thursday that he had been wrong when he reported that Hillary Clinton would "likely" be indicted by federal authorities, a claim that sent conservative websites into a frenzy.
"We talked to two separate sources with intimate knowledge of the FBI investigations," Baier explained on his Wednesday program. "The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far... Several offices separately have been doing their own investigations."
"They are actively and aggressively pursuing this case," the anchor insisted. "The investigations will continue, there is a lot of evidence. And barring some obstruction in some way, they believe they will continue to likely an indictment."
That news immediately exploded on conservative-leaning sites.
But on Thursday, Baier said that his characterization of the news was simply not true.
"I want to be clear -- I want to be clear about this," he explained. "I pressed the sources again and again what would happen [if Hillary Clinton wins]. I got to the end of that and said, 'They have a lot of evidence that would likely lead to an indictment.'”
"But that’s not, that’s inartfully answered," Baier continued. "That’s not the process. That’s not how you do it. You have to have a prosecutor. If they don't move forward with a prosecutor with the DOJ, there would be, I'm told, a very public call for an independent prosecutor to move forward."
"There is confidence in the evidence, but for me to phrase it like I did, of course that got picked up everywhere, but the process is different than that."

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management has publicly warned federal employees about violating the Hatch Act after FBI officials have been seemingly trying to undermine Hillary Clinton's campaign with a series of actions and leaks just days before the election.
FBI Director James Comey recently followed-up his unprecedented July press conference condemning Clinton with a surprise announcement that the investigation into her private email server was not over -- just 11 days before the election. Suspicions were further raised when the FBI decided to release information about President Bill Clinton's controversial pardon less than a week before voters go to the polls.
The Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday that FBI investigators had based a probe of the Clinton Foundation on a discredited book written by a fringe conservative author. And then, the investigators disobeyed instructions from their superiors to drop the case.
All of this had some people wondering if FBI officials were violating the Hatch Act, a 1939 law that prevents federal employees from abusing their positions to support candidates.
The suggestion came from the Office of Personnel Management on Thursday that some federal employees might be crossing the line.
"If you're a #Fed, please know the restrictions of political activity under the #HatchAct," the agency said in a message posted to OPM's official Twitter page.
The tweet included a 2013 video explaining that "federal employees are prohibited from using their official authority to interfere with the results of an election."
