Elizabeth Warren slams right-wing health conspiracies: Have they looked at Donald Trump?

Democratic firebrand Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) questioned Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's health at a Labor Day event on Monday when she essentially told him to look in a mirror and wondered what he was hiding.

“I just don’t get this,” Warren said, disgusted by the right-wing conspiracies that Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton is sick and dying. “Have they looked at their own candidate and are they worried at all about getting more information about his health? Or how about more information about his taxes? [Or] more information about his business dealings, both domestic and international?”

Conservatives flew off the handle Monday afternoon when Clinton coughed several times during an Ohio rally with VP nominee Tim Kaine. They've alleged everything from CTE, to Parkinson's Disease, to epilepsy, however, none of those illnesses involve a lot of coughing.

According to the Boston Herald, Warren said that Trump doesn't have much of a leg to stand on in criticizing Clinton if he isn't willing to be transparent in his own campaign. “Right now we need a lot more information from Donald Trump. We need a lot more transparency," she said, specifically citing Trump's tax returns and questionable medical records.

Trump has disclosed very little information about his own health, other than the fact that he consumes large amounts of fast food and that many physicians have criticized.

Following the event, Warren said that Republicans and Trump are two things “we really, really, really have to worry about.”

Warren has been the biggest antagonist to Trump this election, needling him at every turn and lighting his short fuse, which often prompts him to fly off the handle into a Twitter rage. This latest attack is likely to ignite him once again.
