The dating website SugarSugar.com has offered Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY) a large sum of money to become the company’s official spokesperson. Weiner admitted Monday that he tweeted a lewd photo to a college student and then falsely claimed his Twitter account had been hacked to cover up the incident.
Fishbowl DC reported that company’s owner, Paul Madison, told Weiner in a letter that he would be willing to pay the congressman $50,000 for the position. The company describes itself as a dating website that connects wealthy men with women interested in having a “sugar daddy.”
“You’re only inches away from stardom, and as the most famous bulge in America, we can think of no one better to head our spokesperson campaign,” Madison said in his pitch letter.
