Three years after the global economic collapse, American workers are less optimistic about their job prospects and working benefits.

According to a new Gallup poll, there's an increase in Americans upset over both their chance to get promoted and their health care benefits at work. 26% of Americans were dissatisfied with their chances at promotion, up from 19% three years ago. The increase in dissatisfaction was larger in regards to health care  benefits, with 30% not happy with their coverage from their employee, up from 19% in 2008.

Out of the 13 categories surveyed, only "dissatisfaction with one's boss or employer" featured a decrease.
