MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell declared that he is winning his battle to secure elections in the U.S. because "evil has overplayed its hand."
During an interview with War Room host Steve Bannon on Saturday, Lindell revealed that he would speak at a campaign rally for Donald Trump in Waco later that afternoon to discuss his so-called Election Crime Bureau.
"You've seen the effort to get Trump, right?" Bannon asked. "You're living this every day as you go around with the Election Crime Bureau."
"You know, evil has overplayed its hand, and you're, you know, you're attacking our Constitution to go after this great president," Lindell said before attacking Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R). "I want to tell this to everyone. It's showing in the polls as we have the Trojan horse down there, Ron DeSantis, and we brought it out."
"We brought out here, you know, all this stuff about Ron," he said. "It's as we bring more and more stuff is heard there, and then the more and more they attack our real president, of course, the polls are going to go through the roof."

Lindell predicted that Trump would become the next president of the United States if he faced arrest before the 2024 election.
"We know there's the evil does not want him as our president, but when 75% of our country want him as president, I'm sorry, you're supposed to be a government for the people," Lindell opined. "God's had his hand in all this for a long time, but over two years now, and if this would have all been revealed right away, I mean, if we put in our great president right away, we would have lost our country forever."
"I've said it before, but evil is greedy, and more and more just keeps getting exposed," he said of the 2020 election. "But also with evil being greedy and overplaying their hand, all of the — all the people out there that even people on the left now are coming to the right and because they're destroying our country and people can see that."
"Evil is not only greedy, but they're desperate and very desperate," Lindell added. "They're losing. We have been winning now for quite a while. You all might not feel it out there, but you're going to see the manifestation of two years, of the last two years, coming through over this next two years."
Lindell is facing defamation lawsuits from Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic USA for claiming that voting machines were used to steal the 2020 election from Trump.

On Sunday morning, former White House press secretary Jen Psaki served notice to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) that he doesn't have a legal leg to stand on as he tries to keep Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg from investigating Donald Trump.
On her MSNBC show, the newly minted host explained that Republicans in the House who are trying to drag Bragg before them so they can grill him and try to pry information will fail.
"I'm not freaking out about what [House Speaker] Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) or Jim Jordan are up to because I'm not sure they really thought all of this through," the smiling Psaki began. "For one, these Republicans have gone out on a limb -- way out, way out on a limb. To start with they are defending Trump before they even know what charges he might face."
"From a legal perspective, experts point out that Jim Jordan and his colleagues are overestimating their power including my guest [former AG Eric Holder I just had on, the former attorney general of the United States. The former counsel to the House Judiciary Committee also pointed out this week that Congress cannot lawfully use its investigative power to engage in law enforcement. Even if they resorted to a subpoena, he also wrote, any such subpoenas should be unenforceable."

Psaki then took aim at Jordan's "weaponization" hearings that flopped, mocking him for making big promises about "whistleblowers" and then coming up empty-handed.
"It turned out they weren't really whistleblowers at all," she explained. "In fact, they weren't even credible witnesses. That was according to a Democratic report which revealed that none of those witnesses provided anything of substance. Instead, they endorsed conspiracy theories related to January 6th, the efficacy of Covid vaccines and the outcome of the 2020 election."
"If that all wasn't bad enough, the report also exposed how the witnesses were basically bought and paid for by former Trump officials -- you can't make it up sometimes," she wryly added. "Again, when it comes to these attacks on Alvin Bragg, House Republicans are not only on pretty shaky legal ground, they also haven't shown themselves to be the most competent of investigators. There is no Sherlock Homes in the group here that we can see."

During an appearance on MSNBC, former lawmaker and House Rep. Elizabeth Holtzman (D-NY) scoffed at the idea Donald Trump and his advocates can derail any investigation into his criminal activities.
Speaking with host Ali Velshi, the former lawmaker claimed she was appalled that House Republicans were trying to interfere with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, saying when she was a prosecutor no one would dare threaten anyone in her office.
Turning to the Department of Justice inquiry being headed by special counsel Jack Smith, she stated that the investigations by the DOJ just don't disappear because someone complains.
"I'll tell you something," she told the host. "Trump needs to be held accountable for this. And Americans need to understand what he's saying. If we take the law of violence instead of law and order then we are in anarchy, then we are in chaos and we've destroyed our country. We solve problems not with a bat and not with violence."

As for those investigating the former president, she added, "The problem with Donald Trump is you can get rid of every one of these people and there will be dozens to replace them."
"He can't stop the rule of law, he can't stop the wave of justice. He can't!" she continued. "And he can try but he can't. You get rid of Jack Smith, there are ten other Jack Smiths to take his place. You get rid of Alvin Bragg, there are ten others."
