Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych told his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Tuesday that the two countries must develop their strategic partnership, as massive pro-EU protests raged in Kiev.
"Today's meeting is, to a certain extent, a strategic one," said Yanukovych. "We must not stop and should continue developing our strategic partnership."
