Conservative pundit Ann Coulter's attempt to parody the online campaign calling for the release of hundreds of kidnapped Nigerian girls led to her becoming the butt of jokes on Twitter, Talking Points Memo reported.


Coulter posted a picture Sunday night of herself holding up a piece of paper bearing the tag #Bringbackourcountry, a swipe at First Lady Michelle Obama's show of support for the #BringBackOurGirls campaign demanding the rescue of nearly 300 girls taken by the radical group Boko Haram.

In turn, much like the New York City Police Department, Coulter's message was soon seized upon for ridicule:
