Mitt Romney just made it clear he’s mulling a run for Orrin Hatch’s Senate seat
On Tuesday afternoon, former Massachusetts governor and one-time presidential nominee Mitt Romney made a minor change to his Twitter bio that may suggest he’s running to fill Sen. Orrin Hatch’s (R-UT) seat.
Flagged by Bloomberg’s Sahil Kapur were two screenshots of Romney’s Twitter bio, taken roughly two hours apart. The first shows his location as Massachusetts. The second (and most recent) tags him as living in Holladay, Utah.

Hatch announced his retirement a mere three hours before Romney’s apparent Twitter location change, and in the immediate aftermath, the Internet was abuzz with chatter about the former Massachusetts governor running to fill his Senate seat.
