Zac Petkanas, a Democratic strategist, had a heartbreaking and eye-opening encounter with President Donald Trump's former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski during a discussion on Fox News.

When talking about migrant children being separated from their parents at the Southwest border, Lewandowski shrugged his shoulders and said "womp womp."

TMZ caught up with Petkanas to get his reaction.

"I was just trying to point out that their are real stories of heartbreak at the border. When he said "womp, womp"... I was shocked at the level of callousness that it takes. I was so filled with rage at that moment. I was shocked that a person who represents the president could speak like that," Petkanas said.
