Michael Avenatti wants to pass a new rule that bans Rudy Giuliani from doing TV interviews

Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tweeted that the media should put boundaries around President Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani.

Avenatti called out Giuliani for not taking a case before a jury in over two decades.

"I am proposing a new rule for lawyers who want to appear on TV and spew nonsense," Avenatti tweeted. "If you haven’t tried a case to verdict before a jury in the last four years, you are not permitted to go on TV. Rudy Giuliani - looks like you are grounded. How long has it been anyway, 25 years?"

Avenatti has learned how to use the media to work in his favor. Between March and May, he did nearly 200 cable news appearances, per the Washington Examiner.
