Police in Springfield, Oregon are searching for a man caught on tape unleashing an "angry" and "profane" rant at three men working to free a truck and trailer stuck at a construction site, KATU reported.

The man was seen pushing a stroller when he began screaming at the men, "Go to Mexico!"

He's said to be a white male in his 50s or 60s.

The workers were leaving a job site where they had roofing debris to be disposed of, according to police. Their trailer hitch was caught on the sidewalk and they were working together to free the truck while it was blocking a bike lane, sidewalk and part of the road.

The man pushing a baby in a stroller had to walk around the truck. That's when he confronted the men. A cell-phone video shows him yelling profanities and demanding they move. The men tried to explain their problem but he continued with the outbursts and racial slurs. He then shoved one of the men and walked away.

"Didn't I tell you to move your truck? You move your f*cking truck!" he said, shoving one of the men. "Make my f*cking daughter go on Main Street, bitch! I will f*ck you up! F*ck you! You f*cking piece of sh*t beaner. Go to Mexico, bitch!"

Oregon law says any person committing the crime of "Intimidation in the Second Degree" is classified as "intentionally subject[ing] another (person) to offensive physical contact because of the person’s perception of the other’s race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability or national origin," police explained.

Police have asked for anyone with information to call the Springfield Police Department at (541) 726-3714.
