A white woman was recorded telling an Arizona Latina that she will be "wiped out" -- and in response, people began sending the woman who recorded the video messages of support.

CBS5 reported that Lennys Bermudez Molina went inside the Wildflower Bread Company in North Phoenix while her electric car was charging to pass the time when she encountered the woman who she later recorded going on a racist rant.

"Would you mind if I sit next to you?" Bermudez asked the woman.

"Do I have a choice?" the white woman responded.

Bermudez, who described herself as a proud American of Puerto Rican descent, wrote in her now-viral Facebook post that something told her to begin recording the encounter -- and she's now glad she did.

In the video, the white woman told the Latina that "the whole freaking nation wants to be white." Bermudez responded and told her that's not going to happen, to which the white woman responded, "you will be wiped out, trust me."

Bermudez wrote in her Facebook post that the white woman was asked to leave the restaurant and told CBS5 that the manager walked her to her car so she would be safe.

“It’s really disheartening to experience that,” she told the website. “I don’t want to let go of the hope I have in people to be right and to do the right thing and that definitely was the wrong thing.”

Though the situation was clearly upsetting, Bermudez told the CBS affiliate that she was "touched" by the outpouring of support she's received.
