A former general counsel for the FBI on Thursday flagged a concerning development in the investigation into the lethal shooting during an immigration operation in Minneapolis.

On Wednesday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Jonathan Ross shot and killed 37-year-old mother Renee Good while she was trying to leave the scene of an immigration operation in Minneapolis. Good's killing sparked protests and intense debate about the Trump administration's deportation operations.

President Donald Trump's White House architects revealed that a lavish ballroom being constructed may also require adding a story to the building's main West Wing.
