A Trump-endorsed congressman has been accused of beating his ex-wife, who's the daughter of a Republican senator, and even hurling a pot of boiling water at her, according to new reports.

"Ohio Republican Congressman Max Miller is accused of years of document physical abuse against his ex-wife, Emily Moreno, the daughter of Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno," the Daily Mail reported on Thursday, citing court filings and three sources.

Trump endorsed Miller for an uncontested Ohio primary race a few days before Moreno came forward with allegations, according to the Daily Mail. Miller, who's been in Congress since 2023, went through a nasty divorce with his ex-wife and was accused earlier in the year of child abuse.

Anonymous sources told the Daily Mail that in June 2024, Miller threw a pot of boiling water at Moreno and burned her chest during an argument in front of their infant daughter. Moreno shared photos with the Daily Mail showing bruises on her arms, elbow and torso after Miller allegedly grabbed and struck her.

"The pair reached a divorce settlement in June 2025 and agreed to joint custody of their daughter, as well as $2,500 per month in child support from Miller," the Daily Mail reported. "Emily moved on March 4 to overhaul the custody arrangement entirely, citing her ex-husband's 'dangerous physical behavior' in their daughter's presence."

Miller and Moreno married at Trump's Bedminster golf club before divorcing in 2024, the Daily Mail noted
