Alex Jones seethes in rage over Clinton’s jabs: 'They have created a fake Alex Jones!'

Alex Jones angrily lashed out at Hillary Clinton for pointing a spotlight on hateful conspiracy mongers like himself.

"The individual who openly stole the Democratic Party nomination from Bernie Sanders gave a press conference in Reno, Nevada, where she attacked the resistance to her takeover of this country by foreign banks, the Saudi Arabian government, the communist Chinese and others," Jones said, with as much gravitas as he could muster, as an advertisement for his own "Bio-True Selenium" supplements appeared across the top of the screen.

Jones, the Donald Trump-backing talk radio host and owner of the InfoWars conspiracy theory clearinghouse, claimed whistleblowers were releasing evidence to prove that Clinton and her family's foundation were part of a criminal plot to hand over the U.S. to foreign control.

"She came out and attacked the free press, she came out and told lie after lie about how Donald Trump wouldn't disavow David Duke -- it was crazy," Jone said. "It was total lies."

In her speech Thursday tying Trump to racist hatemongers, Clinton accurately pointed out that Trump initially refused to disavow the former Ku Klux Klan leader's support but eventually did so under heavy criticism.

"She lied, not only to the U.S. but the world, and said that when I talk about 9/11 being an inside job that the whole government did it or that I say that no children died at Sandy Hook and they were all actors," Jones said. "I've never said any of those things."

That's not quite what Clinton said. The presidential candidate said in her speech that Jones "claims that 9/11 and the Oklahoma City bombings were inside jobs, (and) he said the victims of the Sandy Hook massacre were child actors and no one was actually killed there."

Here's what Jones has said about the 2012 massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School: "Sandy Hook is a synthetic, completely fake, with actors, in my view manufactured. I couldn't believe it at first. I knew they had actors there, clearly, but I thought they killed some real kids."

Jones lashed out at Clinton's decisions as Secretary of State, blaming her for Libya becoming a failed state and creating the al-Qaeda stronghold that gave birth to the Islamic State.

"Donald Trump's right about you being the founder of ISIS, just like I'm right from reading the congressional report from 2002 where Congress said Saudi Arabia ran 9/11 and bipartisanly the government stood down because of the embarrassment and covered it up," Jones said. "That's what I mean by 9/11's an inside job."

Jones has been claiming the U.S. government would carry out a "false flag" terrorist attack to impose unconstitutional controls since a July 25, 2001, broadcast of his old public access TV program, but he's grafted facts gathered by investigators and reporters onto his original speculation.

"What they have done is build a strawman," Jones said. "They have created a fake Alex Jones and they are putting words in his mouth."

He insisted he'd never said no children were killed at Sandy Hook but admitted he'd hosted debates where participants argued those claims.

Jones called Clinton a "damned liar," "a known war criminal" and "a criminal traitor," and displayed a background graphic in another lengthy discussion of the candidate's speech that appeared to show her head being violently blown away.

"Hillary, I'm really proud of the fact that during your lengthy press conference you looked really shook up when you talked about yours truly," Jones boasted. "And I hope you're shook up because you know you're dealing with somebody who is committed and will never stop what I'm doing, and you know that I see you and I know what you've done."

"I know how you called black people animals that need to be brought to heel and who are super-predators," Jones said, launching into a litany of speciousclaims. "I know you're part of the Dixie Mafia, I know the Klan financed your first campaigns from the people that were there. I know who you are, and as an American and as a patriot, I'm not scared of you, bully, because no matter what you do, you're never going to kill these ideas."

"Because to quote 'V From Vendetta,'" Jones said, flubbing the movie's title, "ideas are bulletproof. And this movement of true Americana renaissance and the new Enlightenment, classical liberalism that you call right-wing extremism, cannot be stopped."
