'They'll JFK him': MAGA fans say there's 'no way' Trump's enemies 'let him win'

Some of Donald Trump's supporters don't think they'll have a chance to vote for the former president in the upcoming November election because they believe his enemies will prevent him from appearing on the ballot – one way or another.

Brian Pannebecker, founder of Autoworkers for Trump, actually switched his backing to GOP primary challenger Vivek Ramaswamy and briefly changed his group's name accordingly, believing the ex-president had taken on too much damage from four indictments on 91 felony counts, but now the Michigan man is back on board, reported the Financial Times.

“I thought this was the end for Donald Trump," Pannebecker said, "but it turns out I was dead wrong."

Primary results in Iowa and New Hampshire show a substantial portion of GOP voters tried to block Trump from winning the nomination, but Pannebacker and other Republicans think those voters will simply refrain from voting for president in November rather than vote for President Joe Biden.

“A lot of people who agree with [Trump’s] policies but don’t like the brashness, his obnoxious New York attitude, the lying, the embellishment," Pannebacker said. “Maybe they just won’t vote.”

But he also buys into conspiracy theories about the election and doesn't believe Trump will survive that long.

“They will JFK him," he said, referring to the assassination of John F. Kennedy, "or he’ll have a ‘heart attack’ or a piano will drop on his head in New York City."

Chris Vitale, another Michigan autoworker, agreed.

"Almost no one thinks he is going to make it to be president ," Vitale said, "[because] they’re going to take him out before that. There is just no way they are going to let him win. Look what has been done to try to bury him, even in terms of ‘lawfare.'"

Both men agreed that Trump would not be permitted to take office, even if he won, in an echo of the former president's post-2020 election conspiracies, and Pannebacker believes violence will again accompany his loss.

“There will be civil unrest for sure if he loses,” Pannebecker said.
