Three more retailers dump Ivanka Trump's fashion line amid ‘lagging’ sales

It's not just First Lady Melania Trump who's having trouble cashing in on Donald Trump's presidency.

BuzzFeed notes that three more retailers have stopped selling the clothing line produced by First Daughter Ivanka Trump amid "lagging" sales of the brand.

Retailers Belk, Jet and ShopStyle have all stopped selling Trump's fashion line this week, just days after retailers Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom announced that they would also stop carrying it.

As BuzzFeed notes, there has been a concerted campaign called "Grab Your Wallet" to get retailers to stop selling Trump's clothes, although Belk tells the publication that its decision to dump the brand was a financial one, not a political one.

"We continually review our assortment and the performance of the brands we carry," a spokesperson explained. "And, we make adjustments as part of our normal course of business operations."
