‘A very interesting experience’: Trump reflects on his first Oval Office address

President Donald Trump on Tuesday reflected upon his first Oval Office speech.

The address was widely panned -- even by the husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway.

Trump was caught misleading viewers and telling lies. Even Fox News fact-checked the speech.

The president himself reportedly dismissed the speech as, "pointless."

Nicolle Wallace, the MSNBC anchor who served as White House communications director during the George W. Bush administration, mocked Trump for not having won public support with his speech.

Trump, however, said he'd received positive feedback on his primetime address.

"Thank you for soooo [sic] many nice comments regarding my Oval Office speech," Trump tweeted late on Tuesday.

"A very interesting experience," he added.
