Ivanka Trump has nothing to say to boycotters: 'I'd prefer to talk to women inspired by the brand'

Ivanka Trump has nothing to say to the women who are boycotting her brands to protest her misogynist father's toxic presidential campaign.

A recent report found fewer than one in four women would buy clothing or other items from Trump's brand, and a national survey found 57 percent of voters -- including 75 percent of Democratic women -- said they would not buy from her company.

ABC News' George Stephanopoulos asked Trump if she had anything to say to those women who are boycotting her brand, and she basically said no.

"The beauty of America is that people can do what they like, but I'd prefer to talk to the millions, tens of millions of American women who are inspired by the brand," Trump said during an appearance Thursday morning with her father and siblings on "Good Morning America."

"The message that I've created -- my advocacy of women, trying to empower them in all aspects of their life -- started long before this presidential campaign did," Trump said. "I've never politicized that message."

Trump, whose father insisted during the same interview that he hadn't lost focus on his campaign to save the family's brand, admitted there wasn't much she could do to bring back customers offended by the Donald Trump presidential campaign.

"People who are seeking to politicize it because they may disagree with the politics of my father, there's nothing I can do to change that," she said.
