Kavanaugh pal Mark Judge agrees to cooperate with FBI

Brett Kavanaugh's friend and alleged accomplice Mark Judge has agreed to cooperate with the FBI in investigating the accusations against the men -- but requested that agencies do so "confidentially."

According to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford's testimony, Judge was present and at times participated and laughed when Kavanaugh assaulted her.

Julie Swetnik, a third Kavanaugh accuser who is represented by Stormy Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti, alleged that Judge and the Supreme Court nominee facilitated her gang-rape in the 1980's.
