Brett Kavanaugh’s friend and alleged accomplice Mark Judge has agreed to cooperate with the FBI in investigating the accusations against the men — but requested that agencies do so “confidentially.”

According to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony, Judge was present and at times participated and laughed when Kavanaugh assaulted her.
Julie Swetnik, a third Kavanaugh accuser who is represented by Stormy Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti, alleged that Judge and the Supreme Court nominee facilitated her gang-rape in the 1980’s.
