Pulitzer-winning reporter says Rudy Giuliani has officially been destroyed by Trump's 'giant swirling vortex of disgrace'

Thursday night's revelations that Michael Cohen is willing to testify that then-candidate Donald Trump knew that his son Donald Trump Jr. intended to meet with a Russian spy to collude in the 2016 election was swiftly followed by Rudy Giuliani conducting a confused interview on CNN in which he attempted to undermine the credibility of the president's longtime personal attorney.

Pulitzer-prize winning reporter Michael D'Antonio had no doubt that Donald Trump knew about the plan to collude with a hostile foreign power.

"He absolutely knew about it the day that it was revealed that this meeting took place," he said.

Giuliani humiliated himself in trying to attack Cohen, D'Antonio said.

"If you watch Chris Cuomo with Rudy Giuliani this evening, Donald Trump is now sucking Rudy Giuliani down into that giant swirling vortex because Rudy Giuliani looked terrible doing everything he could to call Michael Cohen a liar," he said. "Rudy Giuliani and everyone who's touched by Donald Trump is disgraced by him."
