Trump ignores death in fire at Trump Tower to rage at Hillary Clinton in early morning Twitter attack

President Donald Trump took to Twitter early Sunday morning, just hours after a fire in his New York City Trump Tower took the life of one man and injured firefighters, to attack Hillary Clinton.

Late Saturday night, Trump commended his own building an firefighters as news broke of the fire that took place in a Trump Tower 50th-floor apartment.

Trump wrote, "Fire at Trump Tower is out. Very confined (well built building). Firemen (and women) did a great job. THANK YOU!"

On Sunday morning, Trump refused to acknowledge or offer condolences to the occupant who died on Saturday, instead choosing to repeat a quote form Fox News' Jesse Watters.

"'The FBI closed the case on Hillary, which was a rigged investigation. They exonerated her even before they ever interviewed her, they never even put her under oath.....' and much more. So true Jesse! @WattersWorld," Trump wrote.

Moments later he attacked the Washington Post, writing, "The Washington Post is far more fiction than fact. Story after story is made up made garbage - more like a poorly written novel than good reporting. Always quoting sources (not names), many of which don’t exist. Story on John Kelly isn’t true...just another hit job!"
