Grifter 'wannabe journalists' covering Guthrie disappearance ripped by AZ Dem: 'Go home'

As state, local and federal officials continue to come up empty-handed as they try to find out what happened to Nancy Guthrie, the elderly mother of television personality Savannah Guthrie, a local Democratic lawmaker pounced on YouTubers and influencers who have flooded the community trying to make names for themselves.

In a post on X and an appearance on CNN, State Rep. Alma Hernandez (D-Tucson) lashed out and claimed outsiders pretending to be journalists are making the jobs of investigators more difficult as they spread rumors and provide uninformed speculation about what appears to be a kidnapping.
