Biden, during his 2020 presidential campaign, said the nation's highest court should "look like the country" and it was "long past time" an African-American woman served on the bench.

Marjorie Taylor Greene invokes Trump’s ‘covfefe’ in defense of ‘Gazpacho Police’

Earlier this week, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) attracted national attention after claiming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was using the "Gazpacho Police" to spy on Republican members of Congress — confusing Gestapo, the name for the Nazi secret police, with gazpacho, a traditional Spanish cold tomato soup with blended raw vegetables.

After days of mockery in the media, Greene finally addressed the issue, using the moment to baselessly accuse President Joe Biden of cognitive decline — and linking her behavior back to the infamous episode where former President Donald Trump tweeted the gibberish word "covfefe" in a rant attacking the media.

Trump should be indicted for at least six crimes and banned from politics: legal experts

Donald Trump should be facing prosecution for a half dozen crimes, according to a pair of legal experts, but instead he's preparing for another presidential run that he just might win.

The twice-impeached president has raised $122 million, more than twice the amount of the Republican National Committee, ahead of the 2024 presidential campaign that he shouldn't even be eligible to take part in, argued former White House ethics attorney Richard Painter in a new column for MSNBC.

WATCH: Minnesota Republican candidate praises her 'hero' law staffers who took part in Jan. 6th

On Thursday, Lynne Torgerson, a Minnesota criminal defense attorney running for the Republican nomination for state attorney general, proudly admitted that "at least" two people who work in her law office helped storm the Capitol on January 6 — and parroted former President Donald Trump's "Big Lie."

"Okay, January 6th," she said. "I guess first I should note that I have at least two people on my staff who were participants in January 6th. And quite honestly, it seemed at that time that the election of Joe Biden was actually somewhat of a coup, and that the person who won was President Trump. And so in a lot of ways, I think the people at the Capitol on January 6th were heroes and trying to preserve who was actually elected."
