Legal expert shows how two 'crucial' court cases may 'decide who occupies the Oval Office'

Most experts agree that the 2024 election could come down to Pennsylvania, and a former ambassador says that state could ultimately be determined by two "crucial" legal cases.

Legal expert Norm Eisen, who worked in the White House as special counsel and special assistant to the president for ethics and government reform, wrote on Sunday that "the voices of voters must prevail" in the cases. The article was co-written by Kathy Boockvar, the president of Athena Strategies and former secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

A Donald Trump supporter attending one of the former president's political events over the weekend warned that Vice President Kamala Harris would "meet her maker real quick" if she did not pray. He also advised her to drop out of the race.

Before Trump's town hall event in Pennsylvania on Sunday, a supporter named Andrew told Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN) that he was there "to represent the truth, Jesus Christ."

'This reeks of desperation': Internet mocks 'Donald McDonald' for fast food campaign stunt

Donald Trump on Sunday took to a McDonald's restaurant, where he handed patrons their orders through the drive-thru window and mocked Vice President Kamala Harris, but his critics did not buy it.

Trump's campaign sent him to McDonald's because of Harris having worked there in college. Trump has repeatedly accused his Democratic opponent of lying about working at McDonald's, in large part because the job wasn't listed on her later resume for a legal job.

'What are you talking about?' Complaint Harris is 'aggressively negative' flops on CNN

A complaint by a GOP operative that Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign has taken an ugly turn landed with a thud on CNN's "State of the Union" on Sunday morning.

During the panel discussion hosted by Jake Tapper, former Trump 2020 campaign communications official Erin Perrine attempted to turn the conversation away from the former president's rally speech about golfer Arnold Palmer's private parts by stating the "joy" has gone out of his opponent's campaign.

That led CNN regular Bakari Sellers to laugh and exclaim, "No, no, no."

According to Perrine, "There was such platitudes about all the joy she was bringing, but now it's an aggressively negative message from her now against Donald Trump because here's the thing: Democrats know and as much as every day there is some level of self-fulfilling process prophecy. Donald Trump makes a comment, people get outraged, people talk about the outrage on panels and then they turn around...."

"The joy is gone, "Sellers interrupted before setting her up with, "I'm agreeing with you."

"The joy is gone because we had 20,000 people in Atlanta with Usher Raymond and the joy was absolutely not in the building," he sarcastically continued before asking, "What are you talking about?"

Alec Baldwin returns to SNL to roast Fox News' Bret Baier for badgering Harris

Saturday Night Live kicked off the last episode before going on hiatus until the last weekend before the election with a surprise appearance of Alec Baldwin portraying Bret Baier of Fox News who caused a ruckus this week with his hectoring of Vice President Kamala Harris in an interview.

With Baldwin's Baier admitting he looks like a "businessman made in Minecraft," he began aggressively peppering Harris, played by Maya Rudolph, with inflammatory questions about immigrant "murderers," interrupting her repeatedly after only a few words or so.

"Bret, I'm glad you up the topic of immigration..." Harris began.

"A million, two million?' he interrupted.

"Okay, the first thing we did in office was to introduce a bill..." Harris attempted only to have him interject, "Ten million? Give me a number."

"That was followed with a rapid fire, "May I please finish?"

"I'm asking you to."

"Then you have to listen."

"Well I can't because I'm talking."

"When will you stop?"

"Maybe when I go to bed," Baldwin's Baier smirked.

In another exchange, he attempted to get her to criticize Trump's MAGA supporters by providing a litany of slurs, telling her, "So, you're telling me Trump voters are misguided – are they stupid? Are they idiots who can't think for themselves? Morons, slack-jaws, stump-humpers, cross-eyed meatheads?"

"Bret, you're trying real hard to make me say something bad," she protested.

"But they are at least fat, right? Some of them are very fat," he offered.

"Bret, lets move on," Rudolph's Harris suggested.

"So you're not denying that they're fat?" he attempted once more to which she replied, "Oh my dear god!"

"You're very sexy when you're angry, you know that?" he replied.

"Yes, I do," she shot back.

Harris questions whether Trump is ‘fit’ to be president after canceled interviews

Vice President Kamala Harris questioned whether former President Donald Trump is “fit” to serve as president after the Republican nominee canceled several planned interviews and spent more than 30 minutes at the end of a town hall in Pennsylvania standing on stage swaying to music rather than taking questions.

Trump has recently backed out of interviews with NBC News and with 60 Minutes. His staff had been in talks with The Shade Room, an online outlet with a primarily young and Black audience, but were reportedly told that Trump would not be finalizing a date for the interview because he is “exhausted.”

'Who is gonna tell him?': Onlookers say Trump suffered 'bizarre memory episode on air'

Donald Trump on Saturday appeared to get the day of the week wrong on multiple occasions, including at his rally.

Trump over the weekend began his Pennsylvania rally with a long-winded story about a former professional golfer, and included a detail that became the subject of mockery online: the purported size of the man's genitalia. Later in the speech, Trump spoke twice about a game later that night, although observers were quick to point out that the game is on Sunday.

'It’s a real thing': Ex-GOP official says 'whisper caucus' of Republicans will pick Harris

One Republican former statewide elected official from one of the most important swing states thinks there's a burgeoning movement within his own party that could prove decisive in the November election.

In a recent NBC News report, former Georgia Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan — who has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris — described how many Republicans are susceptible to "peer pressure" in politics. According to Duncan, his fellow Republicans are likely to say they'll vote for former President Donald Trump to each other, but cast their ballot for Harris in the private comfort of the voting booth.

Watch: GOP voter bluntly explains how the party drove her to become a 'Harris supporter'

A Republican voter who resides in battleground Arizona provided MSNBC host Ali Velshi with a very detailed and brutal explanation why she is may abandon her party and why she will be voting for Vice President Kamala Harris.

Velshi explained to his MSNBC colleague Alex Witt that he convened a panel of Democrats and Republicans to talk about the upcoming election in November that pits Harris against Donald Trump, and then shared a clip of one unidentified woman who claimed the Republican Party today is unrecognizable to her.

In the clip she began, "I am heartbroken about it and I don't really know if I am going to remain a Republican."

"I would also say I am in no man's land, but now I am in women's land because I am a Harris supporter," she continued. "I just don't know if I will be able to stay with the party and the Republican party I joined was the Republican party that really respected the patriotism of the other."

"Remember, small government and not overreaching into your life or your life or your life whether it is how you want to present or your identity or it's your economic background or it is your race, your culture, your faith?" she elaborated. "I was attracted to the Republican party because it was less government; we were supposed to be getting out of people's lives and respecting how they choose to live and respecting that in harmony. And we have become the overreach, we have become precisely the opposite."

Following the clip, MSNBC's Velshi revealed the 6 person panel was made up of both Democrats and Republicans and that all of them admitted they would be voting for Harris.

'He got dog-walked': Trump trolled by critic for fleeing interviews

Appearing on MSNBC on Saturday afternoon, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) suggested that Donald Trump's recent flurry of bailing out on interviews and public appearances before adoring crowds is the residue of his poor showing when he debated Vice President Kamala Harris weeks ago.

Speaking with host Katie Phang, the Texas Democrat said the former president was "dog-walked" by Harris before a massive television audience and he hasn't recovered.

"We know that, well, there was a debate and, while there were dogs that were mentioned, it seemed like the only person that got dog-walked was him," she joked. "And he got dog-walked to the extent that he did not want to be walked anymore."

"And so, we know that he is skipping out on all of his interviews," she elaborated. "He won't show up to '60 Minutes,' he won't show up to CNBC, he won't show up to really to anything."

"So, to me, for anyone that questions who has strength and who is weak, it is very clear. There is only one person that has decided she will go into the belly of the beast, including Fox News, to make sure that she will make her point," she added.

'C'mon, stop it!' CNN panelist snaps at conservative ducking Trump's bizarre antics

A CNN panel went briefly off the rails on Saturday morning with technology reporter and podcast host Kara Swisher lashing out at her conservative counterpart for ignoring Donald Trump's increasingly erratic behavior and comments.

With host Chris Wallace sitting in the middle, Swisher praised Vice President Kamala Harris for appearing on Fox News in an interview that quickly turned hostile, while noting the razor's edge a female candidate has to tread so as not to alienate easily bothered voters.

"I think because she doesn't have a y chromosome and doesn't get credit for things more than other people," Swisher told the panel. "I think she if she goes too far in attacking Biden or other people, she looks strident; they use words like strident or bossy or whatever."

Conservative commentator Reihan Salam weighed in with, "She hasn't actually said, look, there are folks in the immigrant rights movement who've gone too far."

"Donald Trump can't even complete a sentence," Swisher interrupted.

"The immigration movement has gone too far," Salam persisted. "She's basically saying my values haven't changed. She's trying to make this pivot without actually saying ..."

"Meanwhile, over on the other side Donald Trump is talking about Harvey Weinstein 'got schlonged.' I was shocked by that. Come on, stop it," Swisher shot back.
