Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) took his Republican colleagues to the woodshed Tuesday on MSNBC, over their years-long quest to tear down President Joe Biden by investigating and pushing conspiracy theories about his family.

This comes as his surviving son Hunter Biden was found guilty of improperly purchasing a firearm while addicted to drugs — and as Republicans, many of whom demanded he be prosecuted, now admit this was a silly issue to prosecute. Still others claimed there was some sort of conspiracy behind Biden allowing his own son's conviction to happen.

But when confronted Tuesday by a reporter about his remarks, Brown wouldn't elaborate on how the trial was a sham — and simply changed the subject to his get-out-the-vote effort.

The statement garnered scorn on social media from anti-Trump voters — and drew anger from pro-Trump voters enraged that he didn't do more to defend the former president right then and there.

Mrs. Alito should spend more time on her religion and less time on flags: legal expert

A former prosecutor criticized Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito's wife, saying she distorted and perverted religion to justify a "petty" desire to fly an anti-LGBTQ flag in response to a Pride flag in her neighborhood.

Justice Alito's wife, Martha Ann, was outed on a recording Monday in which she railed against her perceived foes and complained about the backlash over the flags that she and her husband hung at their homes. A photo of the Alito home after the 2020 election was spotted flying an American flag upside down, which was adopted by the "Stop the Steal" movement. Another flag was spotted over Alito's beach home saying, "An Appeal to Heaven." It is another flag brought to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, The New York Times reported.
