Barron Trump accused of 'brazen and greedy' plot to bring in $40 million from family ties

Barron Trump is still in college, and according to an estimate cited by The Philadelphia Inquirer's editorial board, he has already made about $40 million from his family's cryptocurrency business.

The editorial board included the figure, which comes from Forbes, in a Saturday editorial on how members of the Trump family have profited during President Donald Trump's second term.

"Even Trump's youngest son, Barron, 20, who is still in college, made an estimated $40 million off the family's crypto venture," the board wrote....

'Trump will flip out': Potential probe flagged that threatens to 'destabilize' White House

A political commentator flagged a potential probe that has the potential to "destabilize" President Donald Trump if it keeps moving forward.

During an episode of his podcast, progressive political analyst David Pakman said that Rep. Yassamin Ansari's (D-AZ) request for a House Oversight investigation into Barron Trump's ties to arrested influencer Andrew Tate poses a real threat to the Trump family.

Tate and his brother were arrested last month by U.S. Marshals and face a possible extradition to the United Kingdom, where they've been accused of dozens of sex crimes. Barron Trump and Andrew Tate reportedly communicated as far back as 2024, according to Pakman, though Barron has not been accused of any crime connected to the Tate brothers....

Unsuspecting Trump family member in jeopardy after president's missteps: legal expert

President Donald Trump's miscalculations of an opponent are now dragging an unsuspecting family member into a lawsuit, per a legal expert.

During an episode of the Legal AF podcast, Michael Popok explained that the BBC offered an apology to Trump as a way to resolve a $10 billion defamation lawsuit. After Trump refused, the BBC sent out dozens of subpoenas, with one possibly reaching his youngest son, Barron Trump.

"Attention, Barron Trump, you may be coming in to testify in a court of law," Popok said. "Donald Trump is not only a loser but a frequent miscalculator of the conduct of people on the other side. You can sue who you want, but you can't dictate how they're going to defend the case."...

Trump admin spurs wild conspiracies about dead scientists to distract the public: analyst

Conspiracy theories — including claims that Barron Trump is a time traveler or that 11 dead scientists were killed by aliens — distract Americans from real issues, an analyst wrote Tuesday.

The Guardian's Arwa Mahdawi suggested that President Donald Trump, who once led the "birther" conspiracy that former President Barack Obama was not born in the United States despite the fact that Obama was born in Hawaii, has pushed forward other speculations and baseless ideas.

"Since then, Trump has fanned the flames of various other bonkers ideas," Mahdawi wrote. "The conspiracy theory du jour being that there is a coordinated plot, possibly involving UFOs, behind the disappearances and deaths of at least 11 US scientists linked to nuclear and space research programmes. Trump recently called the situation 'pretty serious stuff.' The House Oversight Committee chair, James Comer, also went on Fox & Friends to warn that 'something sinister could be happening'. Now the House Oversight Committee is looking into 'a possible sinister connection between the deaths and disappearances', and the FBI might get involved."...

'South Park' writer’s new website targets Trump's son with military recruitment push

A South Park writer has launched a new website following the death of three American troops in President Donald Trump's war with Iran, as a wave of criticism online prompted #SendBarron to trend Monday.

The White House has called President Trump "the president of peace" — but the internet had a different reaction to that following his comments acknowledging that lives would be lost in the war against Iran, The Daily Beast reported. Americans started asking about whether the president's youngest son, Barron Trump, would join the fight in the "noble war."

Just after the service member casualties were announced, DraftBarronTrump.com went live. The website was created by Toby Morton, a former South Park writer and comedian who has about 50 political satire websites, including those mocking the Trump-Kennedy Center, Moms for Liberty and Marjorie Taylor Greene. Morton has dubbed himself a "Creator of Anti-Fascist Websites." ...

'Out-of-touch' MAGA world pins future hopes on 'glamorous' Barron Trump: analysis

The MAGA world has become too insular and "out-of-touch" to appeal to outsiders, according to a political analyst.

With the MAGA faithful propping up Barron Trump as a fresh face of the movement, Salon columnist Amanda Marcotte believes this interest in the youngest son of Donald Trump is a sign of how behind the times the president's supporters are.

The 19-year-old has been thrown into the spotlight in recent months and it's a sign the MAGA contingent of the Republican Party is struggling to appeal to the wider public, Marcotte wrote. ...
