President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that he has served three terms as president and bragged about passing his cognitive exams — something he thinks all presidential or vice presidential candidates should be "forced" to do.

The boast about his mental fitness came amid a flurry of Truth Social posts in which he inaccurately referred to having served a triple term as president. Trump has only served two terms as commander-in-chief.

He also unleashed insults at former presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama, whom he has often targeted via social media rants. ...

Trump repeatedly insisted on Sunday that he has "no cognitive," failing to complete a sentence that was almost certainly intending to say he had no cognitive problem, leading to intense mockery online.

Trump over the weekend held a town hall in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he delivered remarks while sitting. After that event, the 78-year-old former president was ridiculed for saying, "I'm not 80 and I'm not that close to 80," in the course of insulting President Joe Biden about his age.

But one other comment also stood out to onlookers and critics....

Donald Trump on Wednesday was ridiculed for bragging that he is cognitively superior now than he was 20 years ago.

Trump at a rally in New Hampshire stated that he was better off in his brain than he was two decades ago, even going as far as to describe a basic cognitive test he says he once received.

"I feel like I'm about 35 years old," the former president said at the New Hampshire event. "I actually feel better now than I did 30 years ago... I think cognitively I'm better than I was 20 years ago. I don't know why."...
