When is the MSM going to pick up this story? It's beyond the business of one pathetic, disturbed hypocritical pastor and his out of control same-sex activities. Mike Signorile had Colorado Springs bail bondsman Bobby Brown on Friday's show and Brown has been investigating the cesspool of activity by Ted Haggard and members of New Life Church. The perversion at New Life Church is more lurid than ever thought.

Michelangelo Signorile's interview today with the man paid hush money by Haggard's former church, Grant Haas, was unreal, folks. The level of drugs and kink going on among the evangelicals at New Life was mind-blowing, considering the PR rounds Haggard is making to shill the sympathetic Alexandra Pelosi documentary airing on HBO.

On Thursday night Ted and Gayle Haggard appeared on Larry King Live to promote the HBO documentary (it about the megachurch pastor's fall from grace) and to answer some candid questions about Ted's judgment and to explain why she is with him after all his travails. The whole thing was quite bizarre and creepy. The entire transcript is up now. Also, Anderson Cooper did a bang-up job of breaking this case down in a serious manner with a psychiatrist on AC360; I discuss that below the fold.

The competely heterosexual former meth procurer and disgraced megachurch pastor Ted Haggard is the focus of a documentary by Alexandra Pelosi. It will air on HBO and chronicle the rise and fall of the now self-proclaimed "Christian businessman."
