Donald Trump will issue a rebuttal to Vice President Kamala Harris' Democratic National Convention address moments after it concludes, he said Thursday.

Trump announced on Truth Social he'd speak with Fox News anchor Bret Baier after Harris accepted her party's presidential nomination.
