Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson rebuked her colleagues on Monday with a solo dissent, saying she "cannot fathom" the majority's decision in a case.

R.W. to reverse a lower court decision that said a police officer had violated the Fourth Amendment by stopping a person without reasonable suspicion, MS NOW reported. The justices wrote in an unsigned per curiam opinion that the D.C. appeals court's previous ruling had failed to consider the "totality of circumstances."

'Bad sign for Trump': Analyst highlights ominous moment in president's new campaign stunt

President Donald Trump got a big, flashing warning sign when he arranged to receive a DoorDash McDonald's order from an elderly woman this month, analyst Molly Jong-Fast argued on an MS NOW panel on Monday — and it shows his handling of the economy has gotten so bad it's stripping away his ability to control the political narrative like he once could.

"A lot of these [congressional] races are purple races," said anchor Katy Tur. "And if you're sending Donald Trump out to purple districts like a Mike Lawler district, for instance, with his approval numbers this bad, broadly speaking, I know MAGA voters are, you know, in the tank for him, by and large. But when you're looking at these overall approvals and the independent, the swing voter issue, if you're sending him to a purple district, is that a good idea, Molly?"

Rep. Tom Kean (R-NJ) has now been absent from Congress for weeks due to an unspecified medical issue, with at least another week to go, reported the New Jersey Globe on Monday, and there's no explanation forthcoming from his office.

"Kean has been absent from Congress for more than a month, and little information has been provided about what’s ailing him or when he’s expected to return," reported Joey Fox. "He last cast a vote on March 5, and has missed 37 roll-call votes beginning on March 16; after his first week of missed votes ... The congressman has also not made any in-person appearances recently, and photos posted in the last few weeks to his social media account appear to have been taken prior to the start of his medical issue."

Right-wing justice's 'doozy' of a remark called out by Supreme Court reporter

A reporter criticized right-wing Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito for a hypocritical comment on Monday.

Alito reportedly did not participate in the three decisions announced Monday in an order list: Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. v. Noohi, Narguess; Johnson & Johnson, et al. v. San Diego City. Employees, et al; and March, Anthony W. v. United States. It's unclear what prompted him to recuse himself, although it could be tied to the Court's Code of Conduct and the requirement that justices do not participate in cases involving "financial, professional or personal conflicts," Newsweek reported.
