Marco Gutierrez might have thought he was making a good case for Donald Trump on Thursday, but the Internet begged to differ.
Gutierrez, the founder of Latinos for Trump, insisted to MSNBC host Joy Reid that Trump’s immigration policies were necessary to stop his own culture from “causing problems.”
“If you don’t do something about it, you’re gonna have taco trucks [on] every corner,” he said.
Online users quickly seized on the remark, pointing out that having more tacos available nearby wouldn’t actually be a bad thing for them, as seen below.
