President Donald Trump's national security adviser Michael Flynn resigned on Monday night, and Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D) is now calling for a bipartisan investigation of the Trump administration's Russia ties.

"This. Is. Not. Normal," Warren wrote in a tweet, arguing that Flynn's resignation should not distract from Trump's "disturbing ties to Russia." She wrote, "Flynn’s blinding religious hatred & shady Russian ties disqualified him as NSA on day one."

Warren continued in a series of nine tweets to call for an investigation, reminding everyone that "Russians conducted a series of successful cyber-attacks on our elections to help elect" President Trump.
