Donald Trump all but endorses Roy Moore in Twitter attack on Democrats

President Donald Trump celebrated Alabama senate candidate Roy Moore in a Monday morning tweet.

Previously, Trump has defended Moore against accusations of sexual misconduct and child molestation.

"Democrats refusal to give even one vote for massive Tax Cuts is why we need Republican Roy Moore to win in Alabama," Trump tweeted. "We need his vote on stopping crime, illegal immigration, Border Wall, Military, Pro Life, V.A., Judges 2nd Amendment and more. No to Jones, a Pelosi/Schumer Puppet!"

CNN commentators explained that this takes Trump's attacks on Democrats to a whole new level. The Republicans in the senate slammed the door on Democrats during negotiations on the tax bill on day one.

David Drucker told CNN Monday that Moore is certainly not a reliable vote for a Republican Party that has opposed him at every turn. He’s also likely to to be thrown into an ethics investigation the second he's seated.

"At the end of the day they want Roy Moore in there, allegations be damned," CNN's Chris Cuomo said.

Trump did not support Moore in the primary.
