Maggie Haberman, the well-connected reporter for the New York Times, says that Trump fixer Michael Cohen isn’t trying to send “signals” to President Donald Trump that he needs help with his legal woes in the form of a pardon.
Rather, she says that Cohen is “increasingly likely to flip” and cooperate with federal investigators to get a reduced sentence.

When asked by one of her followers if Cohen was leaking this news as a way to signal to Trump that he needs a pardon, Haberman simply replied, “No.”
