On Friday, HBO’s Real Time host Bill Maher returned from a month off.

He opened with Donald Trump's month of insanity.

"I hate to say it, he did not become more hinged," he said.

Maher then took a jab at Fox News for being the only news outlet that President Trump hasn't called the "enemy of the people."

During President Trump's rallies this week, reporters were harassed by his supporters.

"This week he held two of his hillbilly Nuremberg rallies. It's scary for the people in this profession, he called them the enemy of the people," Maher said. "Except of course, for Fox News. Those guys are so far up his a** they're called the enema of the people."

Maher continued: "We live in a country now where reporting reality gets attack because it threatens the fantasy world created by the cult leader."
