‘I have a lot of cash’: Donny Deutsch pulls out wad of bills on MSNBC to bet Brett Kavanaugh won’t be confirmed

During an appearance on MSNBC's "Deadline: White House" on Monday, ad executive Donny Deutsch pulled out a wad of bills in an attempt to wager that Judge Brett Kavanaugh would not be confirmed to the United States Supreme Court.

Host Nicolle Wallace asked former RNC Chair Michael Steele if he was "ready to make a prediction" about how Judge Kavanaugh's nomination ends.

"Oh, heck no," Steele said with a laugh.

At that point, Deutsch whipped out his pile of money.

"Michael, I have a lot of cash here," Deutsch said, waving his wad in front of the camera.

"Kavanaugh will not get this nomination," Deutsch promised. "Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Susan Collins (R-ME) cannot be the swing votes that puts a man on the bench that will have Roe v. Wade in his hands."
