Colbert says the only reason Trump attacked the Admiral is he thought he could kill bin Laden so much more bigly

Late-night host Stephen Colbert couldn't help jab at President Donald Trump's recent attack on a Navy Seal Admiral Bill McRaven.

McRaven has been critical of Trump, so the president went off during his Fox News interview with Chris Wallace. Despite the Admiral commanding missions that captured both Sadam Hussein and Osama bin Laden, Trump decided he wasn't a good man because he questioned Trump's war against the institution of the free press.

"That is a hell of a resume," The "Late Show" host said of McRaven. "Special skills: captured more villains than the Batman."

Trump also slighted the Admiral by claiming the U.S. should have bin Laden sooner.

"No, hold on a second here," Colbert said in his "Trump" impression. "They only killed him once. If it was up to me, I would have killed him many more times, and much deader. No one's seen this kind of dead. I know all the deadest people."
