While interviewing on Fox News Shep Smith's Friday show, Chris Wallace questioned who would win in a battle between Barack Obama and President Donald Trump.
On Friday, Obama was campaigning for Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum (D-FL) in Miami.
Wallace praised Obama for his speech giving skills and wondered if he could have beaten Trump.
"Political speechify is a great thing to watch," Wallace said. "You think could Barack Obama have beaten Trump?"
He added, "Historically when Barack Obama is on the ballot he is unbeatable, but when he is not and out there speechifying it doesn't always work."
However, his slight hint of Obama beating Trump made some Fox News viewers flip out on Twitter.
"And Chris Wallace is calling Obama a winner right now. WTF!! Asked if Obama could have beaten Trump. Give me a break FoxNews is CNN," a user tweeted.
