President Donald Trump on Saturday morning lashed out at critics while warning his government shutdown may not be resolved quickly.


Trump delayed his planned Friday departure for Mar-a-Lago to because of the shutdown.

"I am in the White House, working hard. News reports concerning the Shutdown and Syria are mostly FAKE (sic)," Trump tweeted.

"We are negotiating with the Democrats on desperately needed Border Security (Gangs, Drugs, Human Trafficking & more) but it could be a long stay," he warned.
