Recently indicted Trump ally Roger Stone went running to InfoWars on Friday to beg people to send him money -- but conspiratorial host Alex Jones quickly made Stone's plight all about himself.

At the start of his appearance, Stone claimed that special counsel Robert Mueller's prosecutors had indicted him solely out of his loyalty to President Donald Trump.

"[They're] in essence trying to criminalize criminal activity!" Stone claimed. "I'm innocent, the whole Russia collusion investigation is a distraction from the real crimes of the Clintons and the Obamas. I need people's help more than ever... I need folks to go to StoneDefenseFund.com. They project my legal costs to be $2 million!"

After Stone made his plea, Jones abruptly hijacked his fundraising pitch and said that InfoWars is in dire need of more money given all of the money it has to pay out to cover its legal expenses related to things like the defamation suit filed by parents of children who were killed in the Sandy Hook massacre.

"They're cutting us off because we were popular, because we were growing and expanding!" Jones said. "So yes, InfoWarsStore.com, InfoWarsLive.com, go get products! And yes, Roger, people need to commit now!"
