Trump pouts about border wall deal: 'I can’t say I’m happy'

President Donald Trump responded to a bipartisan deal drafted to fund the government — and told reporters he's "not happy."

"I have to study it. I'm not happy about it. It's not doing the trick, but I'm adding things to it," Trump said.

"I will add whatever I have to add. It's all going to happen. We are going to build a beautiful, big, strong wall that's not going to let criminals and traffickers and drug dealers and drugs get into our country. It's very simple. We are building a wall."

The deal was drafted at Camp David by a bipartisan group of lawmakers and includes money for border fencing but no wall.
